everyone wants to know the meaning of confidence.it has been well explained when Swami Vivekananda a great saint and philosopher of India who had studied the books of Vedas and other books on Hindu philosophy. they want to attend a conference at Chicago in u.s.a .but they had only money to purchase a ticket for Tokyo (Japan, they purchase a ticket for Tokyo and now they had no money or very little money.so they can not attend the conference. but their confidence and knowledge said that they  would and must reach Chicago and had to attend the conference. when they had sat on the ship. a person opposite to them was a good one. while conversation when that person had asked Swami ji why they have bear these clothes and where they want to go.swami ji told them that why they have been bearing such clothes and also that they want to go Chicago but they have no money to purchase the next ticket from Tokyo to Chicago.they have also told him that the next ticket --you will purchase the ticket for them with your money. the person feel very strange that why I will purchase the ticket for you.if you do not have money you should not go and attend the conference. but while discussing the things and conversation with that person he was so impressed with their tail lent worth and simplicity that person not only purchased the ticket but also want to give some money to swami ji. but swami ji had refused to take money but only the ticket from Tokyo to Chicago.our confidence based on our knowledge control worth and capability also the circumstance people who are with us as compared to what we have.

we feel that why the rape cases have happened in  India.in spite of that there was already a very strong law for protection for rape cases but now India have passed a law which will make a psychological impression so that no one can do the brutal  and cruel act which compel us to think that those persons who rape and gang rape with the females are human being or not.what they get from doing so taking with so much danger.it may be due to the reason that there is a difference between the western culture and the eastern culture.in India female thinks and in the view point that to make sex before marriage is a matter of their self respect and they do not want before marriage.these thoughts are coming in their mind from generation to generation and it is their culture.they do not feel easy as what their parents and brothers sisters will  feel and think- very much hurt.but after Independence and 1 or 2 decades the thinking of female and males  have been changed to some or more extent.but as
