strategy of congress party in national herald case

lower court has summoned Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and others in national Herold case where they have merged it to a new company where the petitioner Subramaniam Swamy the leader of bjp that they can not merge it as they have merged it not as the capacity of Congress president, vice president or other office bearer but change it in the personal capacities as we understand. but congress party, Sonia Gandhi and others tried the case to divert it that bjp and Prime Minister Narinder Modi due to harras the opposition leaders and opposition party try to evolve and pressurize on them to take a political revenge with a logic that they had changed the ED head who was trying to close the case. we think that Congress party and their leaders at this time may have succeeded to some extent by their statements against the prime minister and bjp and convinced the party men and workers that they are right but
due to the bad intention of bjp we are compelled to face the harassment and other problems so we have to fight in the same way by attacking the prime minister and bjp.but within a few months when the case will proceed further and if the petition is right and having weight age they have to face many problems in the coming months as our judiciary is free and fair from any pressure and has been able to justify the things according to rules and regulations then their high voltage combine efforts of the Congress party may not get any benefits of their efforts and unity shown in this case and matter.
